Shepherds’ Trails

For those who don’t simply book experiences but arrive with the intention to be part of a place.

A guided walk with local shepherds through the landscapes of Solčavsko, where generations have shaped a way of life deeply connected to nature, the land and seasonal rhythms. Along the way, guests gain insight into traditional shepherding practices, local stories and the cultural landscape that continues to define the region today.

The experience continues at the table with a seasonal culinary offering inspired by what grows, is gathered and prepared locally at that time of year. The menu is not fixed in advance, but follows the same philosophy as the walk itself — respect for nature, simplicity, locality and quality. Together, the walk and the meal create one continuous experience that connects nature, tradition and taste in an authentic and grounded way.
